Geology and Climate Change. Thoughts and references to help you think about this overwhelming concern.
Pavement Geology localities are spreading across the country after a great start in London. The phone app is easy and useful for constructing and making a Stone Walk, either DIY or for a group. You can add your own stones with locations either on the app or on the website. Give it a try and send your comments, either to us or direct to Ruth Siddall.
Bring home sand! Get your friends and group members to bring sand samples back from their trips and holidays. Just a small bag or pot of sand, a few spoons worth, will be enough. Then you can all look at the sands under the lens or microscope. Always use plenty of light. The Sand PowerPoint is now available - see Digital Resources.
